Thanks for stopping by. This blog is for people involved in the business of making & selling websites; you’re probably either a freelancer or someone who runs small agency. I’ll be blogging about my experiences with running a business, what works, what doesn’t work, interviewing people, share best practice etc. A more lofty aim is to make your lives better – by allowing you to be happier in your work and, importantly, to earn more money. This is not a techy/design blog; it’s strictly business 
I’ve (certainly) not got all the answers and I’ll be bringing in guest contributors etc. Heck, I’m here to learn too.

I wouldn’t say I’ve *solved* all the problems! Certainly not completely. But I’ve come to appreciate there is a set of tools in the toolbox which you can apply to different situations. And I’m not saying my toolbox is complete either
